Ingredients:
   1 ½ cups fresh cranberries
   1 large orange, zested and juiced
   1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
   1 tsp baking powder
   ½ tsp baking soda
   ¼ tsp salt
   ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
   1 cup granulated sugar
   2 large eggs
   1 tsp vanilla extract
   ½ cup sour cream
   1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
   2 tbsp orange juice (for glaze)
   Orange slices and extra cranberries (for garnish)

Directions:

   Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
   Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
   Cream Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, orange zest, and sour cream.
   Combine & Fold: Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in cranberries.
   Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
   Cool: Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
   Make Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar with orange juice until smooth, then drizzle over cooled cake.
   Garnish: Decorate with orange slices and extra cranberries. Serve and enjoy!
